100% Coverage of all parts and labor for the entire bidet for all three years from original date of purchase.
1. We guarantee the Bidet, as follows in accordance with the regulation of consumer damage compensation.
2. In case of failure of the Bidet, please inform the distributor where you purchased the bidet.
3. Product warranty will be effective upon arrival of your shipping location and product parts will be supplied up to 5 years after, if the Bidet becomes discontinued.
Regarding Product Bidet Warranty...
1. We will repair the Bidet free of charge in case it fails under normal operating conditions in accordance with the user's guide during the warranty period.
2. Although it is within the warranty period, we can charge a repair service fee etc.
(repair+product+shipping expense) if it falls under the following cases listed below.
Voiding Warranty...
1. Defects occurred from the user's careless handling.
2. Defects occurred from the usage with incorrect power voltage (Eg. 220V was used with a 120V Bidet).
3. Defects occurred from the improper repair done by user other than our service engineer.
4. Defects occurred from forced majeure (fire, slat, flood, etc.)
5. Failure or damage due to the dropping, etc. (user's mis-handling) during the operation after the bidet is installed.
6. Defects that have occurred from interior modifications by the user.
7. In the case that the life cycle of any parts have expired or exceeding one year.
