We believe if fast turn around times, when you order your bidet it should be shipped out fast, and that’s what we do.  We keep a very good inventory of Bidet Toilet Seats and rarely run out of stock. If there is a shortage, we will let you know right away and give you an estimated delivery time. We ship to USA, Canada, Hawaii and Alaska for FREE, that means no extra cost to you.

Because of the extra shipping cost to Canada and other countries, we do not accept any returns or give refunds, so please check your toilet for size and fit before ordering.

If you order before 3:00PM Pacific Time and that would be 6:00PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday we will ship the same day by UPS Ground in the USA and Canada and if your Bidet is going to Alaska, Hawaii or anywhere else outside of the USA, your Bidet will be sent using the US Postal Service. If you order after 3:00PM Pacific Time it will be shipped the next Business day, but in some cases we can still send it the same day.
