We know you will just love your Bidet Toilet Seat from The Bidet Toilet Seat Store. If for some reason you receive a defective seat, or the wrong color or shape, we will send you a return label and ship you another unit promptly at no cost to you.

An electrical outlet is required in your bathroom for your Bidet Toilet Seat, except for those non-electrical units. It will be up to the customer to have a GFI plug installed next to the Bidet Toilet Seat within two to three feet of the toilet. Most if not all cities and counties do require GFI protected outlets in bathrooms and kitchens for your safety. We do not provide or install any electrical outlets as part of the sale. If you live in the Santa Barbara, CA area we can install your Bidet Toilet Seat for you for an extra charge.
