The Non-electric Bidet Toilet Seats don't use electricity and therefore only provide cold water, unless they have a hot water line hook-up like the BB-i3000. They look very similar to the Electric Bidet Toilet Seats and have a soft close lid and seat. Unlike the Electric Bidet Toilet Seats, they will not have the heated seat, air dryer, water heater or air deodorizer.

I have discovered that a lot of people don't adapt well to the cold water Bidets, including myself but some people are okay with it. The warm water is very therapeutic and soothing. If you live in a very warm climate and your cold-water temperature is lukewarm to the touch, then you should be okay, unless you like all the extras that Electric Bidet Toilet Seats have to offer.
